Online Onboarding

For all new 911±¬ÁÏÍø undergraduate students

  • Allow 1-2 hours for the online course.
  • Complete it before the semester starts and before in-person orientation.

Goal: Learn about important resources and services that will assist in your transition to student life and learning at 911±¬ÁÏÍø.

Know Your My911±¬ÁÏÍø credentials

Know your My911±¬ÁÏÍø username (the part of your 911±¬ÁÏÍø email address before @mail.naz.edu) and password. 

Don't know your password? How to reset it:

  • Visit
  • Select "I forgot my password" or "Recover Password"
  • Enter your username
  • Answer 2 security questions
  • A password reset email will be sent to your personal (non-911±¬ÁÏÍø) email account. Log in to that account and select the link in the reset email.
  • Choose a new password. It must meet certain complexity requirements. You will see 3 green check marks if all requirements are met.
  • Once you have successfully set your password, log in with your My911±¬ÁÏÍø username and password to verify that it is active.

Log into Moodle

  • For the best experience, use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on a laptop or desktop computer.
  • Log in to Moodle using your My911±¬ÁÏÍø credentials.
  • Select the Incoming Student Onboarding Course Fall 2026.

You can complete the course (1-2 hours) at your own pace.

You'll have access to this course through your first year, so you can rewatch any topic.

Upon completion, a certificate of completion will appear. Click into the certificate activity to finalize your participation in the course and receive a copy of the certificate.

  • To acquaint and educate you about your rights and responsibilities within the campus community
  • To virtually interact with other students and engage with Moodle (911±¬ÁÏÍø's learning management system) before orientation
